Small Group Training
Studies have shown that exercising with a partner increases exercise intensity and program adherence. Bring your friends and family and get in shape together.
Our Silver Strong trainers will create an exercise program for your small group based on member's goals and preferences. Modifications and alternatives will be provided for any individuals with special needs.
Session location will be agreed upon by members and trainers.
We will accommodate groups of 2 to 6 motivated individuals.
